If your dog refuses a treat, it never appears in their box again and the value is made up with something they'll eat. You know your dog best, so if you want a treat I wouldn't normally recommend, you can add it with a note.
Why I started this
Nala is on a low fat diet due to pancreatitis and I found it so hard to find suitable treats for her that were actually low in fat.
I don't make the treats. I choose them from suppliers I trust, tell you where they come from, and match them to your dog. I'm studying canine nutrition and I pack every box myself. We're not about being perfect. We're about being honest.

Things people ask before the first box
Do you make the treats yourself?
No. I carefully select and source everything from trusted suppliers, focusing on quality, ingredients and what works for dogs with sensitive stomachs. The treat pages say where they were made.
How is the box tailored?
The quiz asks about weight, age, how your dog chews, whether they gulp, what proteins they can't have and any health conditions. Those answers filter the range, then the box is filled with the treats that suit your dog best, plus their own treat plan.
Got two dogs?
Lovely! They can share one box, with half the treats picked for each dog and their names on. Or you can treat them to their own box each. You'll choose at the start of the quiz. A shared box is the same price as a box for one dog.
What if my dog doesn't like something?
Quickly change it in their profile and it's swapped out of the next box. You can also swap anything in their box before the 20th.
Are the treats natural?
The subscription box is natural treats only, with some softer meaty treats for gentler chewers. These are kept soft with vegetable glycerin. Vegetable glycerin is a clear liquid made from plant oils. It holds on to moisture, so the treats stay soft and chewy rather than drying out hard.
What does low fat actually mean?
Under 10% fat on a dry matter basis. I explain the maths on the blog, and every low fat treat in the box is labelled as such.
Are the treats and chews safe?
I match every box as carefully as I can, using the information you give me about your dog. But no treat or chew is completely risk free, and some can be a choking risk. Please always stay with your dog and supervise them while they're eating and chewing, and take a chew away if you become concerned. Please also make sure fresh drinking water is always available.
Can I cancel?
Pay as you go: cancel any time in your account, under Subscription management. On the 4 and 12 month plans, you can cancel in your account once the plan's months are up. If you need to leave early, just email me.
